Convert survey information/files into REVIT topography in 3D format

Plan preparation

Prepare 3D modeling program with required components and set up files
Provide draft design layouts for client review (Meeting 2)
Further preparation on preliminary design
Provide preliminary design layouts for clients review (Meeting 3)
Obtain clients approval to prepare preliminary design into final design
Develop the approved preliminary design into a final design with scaled drawings
Prepare Drawings and paperwork for lodgement

Engineers Plans

Provide engineer pdfs and dwg files for their preparation of engineers details

Council Lodgement

Email council draft plans and info, for a lodgement fee estimate
Lodgement of Development Application to council for approval
Attend to council enquires / issues arising during the approval process
